Con-Hertz were a duo of Wolfgang "Hertz" Heusmann and Conrad Schnitzler, from Berlin during the early to mid 1980's. They released a couple of demo / session tapes (only sold / given to friends) and two very different albums: "Face On Radio" which was basically Schnitzler source recordings manipulated and remixed by Hertz (all abstract and floating constructions within an electronic framework), and the near-on 3 hour "Contrasts" which was the results of several intensive sessions: December 1986 to January 1987 (much more varied / melodic using then cutting-edge new digital technology alongside analogue synthesizers). The two musicians also collaborated on Conrad Schnitzler's own "Micon In Italia" album.
